FOOTBALL COACH (PART TIME)

General Responsibility:

1. Manage and supervise football activities and practice sessions, to promote individual growth in athletic skills, teamwork, discipline, respect, and good sportsmanship.

2. Coordination and supervision of the football program and team.

3. Designing the training and game program.

4. To organize and supervise the assistant coaching staff to assure that the program is properly implemented.

5. Attend meetings/matches/tournament/leagues organized in Kuwait and adhere to rules and regulations of the academy.

6. Assess players’ skills and assign team positions.

7. Ensure that health and safety precautions are observed during all activities.

8. Immediately report all major injuries incurred during practice sessions or competition to the Head Coach or the Admin present on the field.

9. Keep up to date of new information, innovative ideas and techniques.

10. Ensure all sports equipment is collected and kept at the designated area before and after the training session.

Minimum Qualification.

• 3 years of experience coaching football at the high school or academy level.

• Must possess effective coaching techniques and skills.

• Must possess good communication skills, fluency in English.

• Must possess knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport.

• Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the staff, parents, and students.

F&B Procurement Officer

Job Responsibilities;

 Research potential vendors

 Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

 Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

 Track orders and ensure timely delivery

 Review quality of purchased products

 Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

 Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

 Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses

 Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

 Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

 Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements and skills;

• Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer in F&B sector

• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)

• Hands-on experience with purchasing software

• Understanding of supply chain procedures

• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses

• Negotiation skills

• Minimum 4 years’ of experience

• Good Communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Local hire only
