1. Senior Process Architect

The key focus is in all aspects of the enterprise level business architecture, mapping business capability and organization, establishing and maintaining company’s process framework, model, and standards, ensuring transparency of company’s end-to-end business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance business integration and simplification.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.

Experience in upstream oil & gas sector is a preference.

15+ years’ hands on experience and proficiency in leading or managing delivery in SAP Business Process Management and Governance, ARIS tool or SAP Signavio (process manager, process intelligence, process insights, process governance, process explorer) or other equivalent Business Process Management tool, understanding of working principles of SAP Business Processes modules and components, SAP Cloud architecture and solutions, as well as ERP / Agile implementation methodology.

Some experience in programming or scripting (ideally in Python/Javascript/Java or SQL).

Solid understanding of process management concepts, Business Process Management technology, and familiarity with process modeling standards, ideally BPMN 2.0

Working knowledge of process mining, change management process and business process mapping.

Competency on various SAP modules and related data objects.

Strong business process analytic skills and knowledge of process improvement methodologies, Lean six sigma knowledge.

Experience and knowledge about SAP S4/HANA.

Communication and leadership skills to manage, coordinate people, and conduct meetings.

Fluent English both spoken and written.

Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization and work with diverse project teams.

Ability to solve complex problems with systematic and structured approach.

Demonstrated teamwork, self-management, and multi-tasking abilities.

Demonstrated a strong work ethic and willing to take the lead on his/her own initiative, meet deadlines, and produce consistent high-quality work.

2. PVV Mechanical Engineer

Reporting to Lead Static (N+1) and Head of CSD/Static/FM (N+2)

Accountabilities:

To assist to coordinate and oversee the safe development, implementation and execution of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities in close liaison with Contracts and Procurement Department, Warehouse, Campaign/Shutdown Team Leads & Coordinators, Field Operations Inspection department, Operations center and T1/T2 Maintenance Coordinators.

Activities

Ensuring an Incident Free environment through establishing and maintaining a strong safety culture.

Ensuring compliance with HSE legislation, company standards and procedures under his area of responsibility to ensure legislative compliance and responsible environmental attitude.

Assist in providing first level specialist technical advice and guidance to offshore personnel on the maintenance of static equipment, root cause analysis and investigations where required involving maintenance coordinators.

Assist in providing technical and administrative support to the site base operations; preparation of scopes of work for short term interventions, organization of vendors, supply direct support to site requests (vendors, spare parts, tooling, technical procedures, work packs and work order resourcing).

Assist in providing technical and administrative support to campaign and shutdown teams to ensure the overall readiness and execution of scopes in line with campaign shutdown gate criteria process. Work order resourcing.

Assist in managing the repair process for critical equipment, including visits to local vendor workshops and warehouses.

Assist to proactive management of all safety and business critical backlog.

Assist in monitoring the efficiency of the maintenance strategies for the maintenance, inspection and operation of plant/equipment and feedback to Maintenance Engineering.

Participate, as appropriate, in vendor/contractual audits.

Assist in execution of class 2 modifications (vendor based modifications).

Assist with Maintenance Senior Static Engineer to manage of repairs, overhaul and maintenance of all major static equipment.

Assist to ensure all certificates on installed static equipment and all certificates on spare parts scheduled to be used offshore are recorded in I-View/Manasa (by logistics).

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability and reduce operating costs of all static activities.

Share and adopt best practices across the company, support and identify opportunities to enhance consistency and alignment between assets, where practicably possible.

Must be willing to participate in Crisis Response Training and to assist during Emergency Response Situations if required

Qualifications & Experience Required

Degree or industry recognized technical qualifications supported by industry experience (offshore and onshore oil and gas facilities).
Minimum of 1years’ experience working in the oil and gas industry in a similar role
Understanding and application of industry process safety guidelines and procedures.
Knowledge of mechanical equipment discipline maintenance requirements
Versatile, resilient and able to interact effectively with different departments and peers on a daily basis.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Fluent in English (listening, writing and speaking) and its technical vocabulary
Ability and willingness to learn and drive to become competent and able to work unsupervised as a Maintenance Coordinator.
