1. Sales Electrical Engineer/ Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a Sales Electrical Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales within Doha, and possess knowledge in Solar, generators, UPS.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales of electrical products and services

Meet and Achieve sales targets on a regular basis

Provide technical support and solutions to customers regarding electrical products and services

Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers

Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with customers

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors

Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote company products and services

Prepare reports on sales activities and progress

Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field for Engineer/ other degree for Sales Representative

At least two years of experience in sales within Doha

knowledge of Solar, generators, UPS, and LV

Valid driving license and QID + car is preferable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good time-management skills

Fluent in English and Arabic.

2. After Sales Manager (Automobile) – Arabic Speaker

We are urgently looking for an Automobile Aftersales Manager experienced in luxury multi brands. The ideal candidate should have vast experience in developing and managing workshop / spare parts sales center for munity brands vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

Experienced of workshop / service center management, spare parts and counter sales in Qatar/ GCC
Plan and implement business development and sales strategy for spare parts and workshop business
Take part automobile shows and events in order to find potential opportunity to develop sales strategy
Manage oversee enter aftersales operations, including service, maintenance, repair activities, outdoor parts sales, counter parts sales and car care products
Developed and implemented customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction,
Upgrade parts showroom and workshop services to attract sales
Manage, Motivate, Train, and provision of leadership to all aftersales team, whose main objective is to provide high quality customer services and maximize profit.
Daily monitoring of all Aftersales outlet KPI.
Work to helped top management to identify workflow issues and find solutions.
Support the team to ensure timely and quality service delivery
Improved the service process by reducing the average turnaround time
Coordinated with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement products and services support programs
