About you
As Head of Department for Key Stage 3 Mathematics, you will be responsible for, and have autonomy for, the running and development of the Key Stage 3 curriculum. You will work closely with the Head of Department for Mathematics, alongside the Heads of Department for Key Stages 4 and 5, to lead and develop a team of highly experienced and dedicated practitioners and to ensure a clear transition through the Key Stages, building on the solid foundation of Key Stage 3. The ideal candidate will be able to inspire and motivate both our teachers and students, apply a range of strategies, and help the department foster a lifelong love of Mathematics in our student community. In your role as a Mathematics teacher, you will be responsible for teaching a full range of Mathematics classes across all three Key Stages. You must have qualified teacher status, with a specialism in Mathematics. We are a British international school, and all of our lessons are taught in English. A high standard of written and spoken English is, therefore, essential. You should be willing to contribute in a positive manner to all aspects of the school vision, including co-curricular activities.4. Teacher of Physics

The ability or willingness to teach some Media Studies, as required, would also be advantageous.You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging and well-resourced lessons across all Key Stages, contributing to departmental planning, monitoring and evaluating student achievement, and contributing to the accomplishment of the College’s vision and mission.
