1. Warehouse Helper

Requirements:

High school diploma

Proven experience working as a warehouse helper.

Sound knowledge of standard warehouse practices.

Proficient in the use of warehouse inventory management software.

The ability to operate warehouse lift equipment.

The ability to work well as part of a team.

Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Good physical stamina.

2. Driver(Local Hire only)

Requirements:

Currently residing in Qatar

Valid Qatar Driving License

Available with NOC

Minimum of 2 years driving experience in Qatar.

Flexible

Able to work under pressure

Immediate joining

Sponsorship transfer is a must

3. Electrician

Requirements:

Experience working as an electrician.

Diploma or ITI.

Electrician degree from a technical college.

Deep electrical system, power generation, blueprints, maintenance, and repair knowledge.

Experience in the renewable energy field.

4. Housekeeping Attendant

Job Description:

Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities. Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.

Vacuum, clean, dust and polish guest rooms.

Make beds, change sheets, remove and replace used towels and toiletries.

Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards.

Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests. Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets) as required.

5. Property Supervisor

Job Description:

Create and maintain lease agreements for tenants as per the standard required

Maintaining tenant legal document renewal updates

Maintaining a healthy supportive relationship with tenants and clients

Monthly Lease Agreement Report for all properties managed by the company

Ensure Customer Satisfaction is high by ensuring quick response

Site Visit for properties.

Following up on inspection prior to and post tenant moving

Responsible for all lease renewals and notifying of tenants

Qualification: Previous experience in the field

6. Farm Labourer

Requirements:

Comfort working with farm animals

Ability to work overtime during harvest season

Physical stamina

7. HVAC Technician

Requirements:

Diploma / ITI certification related to HVAC

Experience: 5- years in the HVAC field.

Expertise in DX VRF Equipment Troubleshooting

A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory

Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems

Ability to work independently and within a team

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, as needed

Willingness to continue education and training to stay current with industry developments and advancement

Transferable Visa

8. Florist

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience as a florist.

Completion of a Botany-related course is highly advantageous.

Acutely familiar with plants' nutritional needs and life spans.

Knowledgeable about flower handling techniques.

Ability to nourish, combine, and affix flowers and pertinent accessories.

Approachable, patient, and forthcoming.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

9. Facility Supervisor (Immediate Joiner)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.

Prior experience in a supervisory position.

Knowledge of maintenance systems, technical operations, and building codes and regulations.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

10. Kitchen Cabinet Designer & Sales

Requirements:

Self- motivated and comfortable taking initiative

Information seeking; asks questions and proactively engages in the process

Excellent account management and sales skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to think creatively; solution- seeking

Computer skills including familiarity with MS Office

Mathematical skills for accurate measurements and cost calculations

11. Assistant AC Technician

Job Description:

Assisting with the installation of AC systems on commercial and residential properties.

Installing, maintaining, and repairing roof units for heating and air conditioning as well as the units inside residential and commercial buildings.

Operating a variety of hand and power tools needed for AC installation.

Cleaning and replacing air ducts.

Following instructions for picking up and delivering parts, tools, materials, and supplies to and from the job site.

12. 3D AutoCad Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled 3D AutoCAD drafter to generate solid and surface CAD models for our clients using 3D AutoCAD software.
In this role, you will be required to meet with architects and engineers to discuss design concepts for CAD models, develop product designs, and generate Surface or Solid software models.
