Required jobs in Worley Energy company and their details:

1. Principal Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Manage mechanical engineering services that meet Worley', its customers' and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.

Manage mechanical engineering project requirements.

Manage mechanical engineering services such as:

participate in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports and comply with required checking procedures;

ensure the project scope is clear and that changes comply with project change management processes;

provide advice during procurement, construction and commissioning activities. For example, oversee requisitions, technical bid evaluations and purchase order preparation.

Act as the mechanical engineering Lead on specific projects.

2. Senior Structural Designer

Job Responsibilities:

Supports adherence to generally accepted engineering and design practices, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

Supports the standardization of equipment specifications, drawings, and document templates.

Contributes to the understanding of technical knowledge, legal requirements, and customer specifications whenever viable and lawful.

Uses local/global standards to support technical excellence.

Supports the processes for checking, peer reviews, and incorporation of comments and findings.

Ensure recognised onshore & offshore engineering practices applicable to Civil Structural design engineering are adopted.

3. Senior Structural Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in project execution strategy and planning.

Knows the project and discipline scope/cost/time requirements, ensures the team to meets the expectations, and liaises with other disciplines to ensure project success.

Encourages innovative solutions, technology advances, and methods to effectively deal with working out of sequence.

4. Senior Transportation Engineer -Civil

Job Responsibilities:

Design, analyze, and manage transportation systems such as roads, highways, bridges, and transit systems.

Conduct traffic studies, including traffic volume counts, speed studies, and accident analyses.

Develop and evaluate design documents, including specifications, drawings, and calculations.

Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects.

5. Principal Onshore Pipelines Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

All design engineering activities, project management skills, technical execution and completion of assigned engineering tasks

Assisting the project engineers in the co-ordination and preparation of input into the contract documents for each discipline area, including design criteria, scope of work, procedures and design approach.

Leading the team of pipeline engineers for the assigned project.

6. Principal Electrical Engineer (Offshore Projects)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage electrical engineering services that meet Worley', its customers' and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.

Manage electrical engineering project requirements.

Manage electrical engineering services such as:

participate in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports and comply with required checking procedures;

7. Project Engineering Manager (Offshore Projects)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the engineering administrative function, directing and consulting several groups engaged in interrelated engineering responsibilities

Plan and manage the execution of the multi-discipline FEED/Conceptual Design Studies & EPC engineering in both local and affiliated international offices

Preparation and administration of design budgets, estimates, forecasts and schedules.

Recruitment and Development of a technically competent, cohesive and functional engineering team

Be responsible for the timeliness and technical correctness of all works performed by the Engineering Team

8. Chief Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Overall supervision of the mechanical team.

Technical competence of Mechanical engineering personnel.

Technical competency in rotating and static equipment.

Forecast requirement for Mechanical engineering resources and allocate those resources.

9. Chief Civil Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Overall supervision of civil/structural engineers and civil/structural designers.
Ensure technical competence of civil/structural personnel (Engineers and Designers).
Forecast requirements for civil/structural resources and allocate those resources to various projects and work assignments.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, SOW, technical specifications etc., and ensure technical integrity of all work scope within civil/structural department.
Identify and maintain civil/structural software and standards necessary to enable the structural groups to function effectively.
