Required jobs in Al Hattab Holding company and their details:
1. Project Coordinator (Arabic) - for Interior Design & Fit out Company
Qualifications, Mandatory to have the below:
- Should possess minimum 4+ years in Project Coordination including Qatar market
- Must have experience in Interior Fit Out
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- Must be Locally available in QATAR with valid Qatar ID
- Immediate joiners preferred
2. Senior Recruitment Specialist
Responsibilities;
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements for White Collar & Blue Collar positions
- Discussing and establishing qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with managers
- Formulating detailed job descriptions and posting them
- Advertise job vacancies and to screen, shortlist, and interview candidates / End to End Recruitment processes
- Maintaining a database on employees for future vacancies.
- Producing reports on hiring plans and strategies.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers
- Analyzing the performance of recruitment agencies (for Blue collars) and recommending improvements or changes.
- Work closely with the partnered Recruitment agents for the Blue Collar candidates
Qualifications, mandatory to have the following criteria's below:
- Must have knowledge recruiting candidates through Overseas
- Experienced in mass & bulk recruitment is mandatory required
- Broad knowledge in Qatar Labor Law
- With minimum 2 years of experience in the same position within Qatar
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English & Arabic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including word, excel, functions
- Must be Locally available in QATAR
- With valid Transferable Qatar ID
- Able to join immediately
- Arabic is highly preferred
