1. Sales Executive (Jewellery)

Job Description

To build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients:
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Elevates customer experience by applying the Alfardan Signature Customer Experience (AFSCE) standard in all business transactions
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Creates a memorable experience for clients by always upholding the WAW factors characteristic of Alfardan boutiques
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Handling stock transfer.

Desired Qualifications

Must have experience in high-end jewellery sales
Presentable, active and with good Arabic and English communication skills
With very good sales and negotiation skills

2. PR Officer / Government Relations Officer

Shall be responsible for coordinating and handling of activities related to public authorities to ensure a smooth administration process. Shall perform clerical and administrative duties and liaise with various government departments and agencies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist and escort the new employee in the step by step procedure on medical testing, blood group testing and finger print scanning.
Accomplish RP (Iqama) form upon completion of medical tests for the finger print scan procedure of new staff.
Shall prepare visa application, labor contracts, RP renewals, exit permits, visa cancellations and all immigration concerns related to HR.
Liaise with other PRO regarding RP application, renewal and cancellation, Health card renewal and application, medical and fingerprint appointments, labor contracts and all immigration issues related to HR.
Prepare Arabic letters upon requests.
Prepare immigration related forms such as (new visa, visa modification, transfer of sponsorship forms etc.) and submit to immigration and labor departments for approval.
Process and follow up on government related transactions in order to ensure that they are promptly processed through appropriate authorities.
Assist in completing departure and exit formalities of some staff especially for terminated staff.
In coordination with the HR Generalist, shall be responsible in the processing of the renewals of company registration, computer ID, Trading License, chamber of commerce and civil defense license.
Maintaining confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times.
Build and maintain a strong network of relations with Government employees.
Managing general inquiries from employees regarding PRO functions promptly and efficiently.
Perform other duties as required and assigned by the manager.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

At least a Bachelor’s Degree holder related to Law and Translation
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity with sound knowledge of the Qatar Labour Law
Knowledge in visa application processes and requirements in various countries
Knowledge in government compliance procedures related to labor and business operations
Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
