2. Head of Biology
About you

3. Head of Key Stage 3 Maths
About you
- As Head of Department for Key Stage 3 Mathematics, you will be responsible for, and have autonomy for, the running and development of the Key Stage 3 curriculum. You will work closely with the Head of Department for Mathematics, alongside the Heads of Department for Key Stages 4 and 5, to lead and develop a team of highly experienced and dedicated practitioners and to ensure a clear transition through the Key Stages, building on the solid foundation of Key Stage 3. The ideal candidate will be able to inspire and motivate both our teachers and students, apply a range of strategies, and help the department foster a lifelong love of Mathematics in our student community. In your role as a Mathematics teacher, you will be responsible for teaching a full range of Mathematics classes across all three Key Stages. You must have qualified teacher status, with a specialism in Mathematics.

The ability to deliver literature and/or language at A-Level would be an advantage; the opportunity for AS and A-Level teaching is available for candidates with the appropriate subject knowledge and capability. The ability or willingness to teach some Media Studies, as required, would also be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be an inclusive and dynamic teacher with a deep passion for mathematics who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues. You will be able to inspire and motivate our students, apply a range of teaching strategies, and help foster a lifelong love of Mathematics.
